Valerie Arechiga

Valerie is an educator, consultant, speaker, and soon-to-be doctoral graduate dedicated to empowering teachers, inspiring leaders, and building thriving school communities. With over a decade of experience as a teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, and principal, she now serves as Director of Partnerships at Thinking Nation a non-profit Social Studies and literacy aligned organization. She also consults with schools on SEL, PLCs, and leveraging AI and data to streamline systems, foster intentional conversations, and elevate Tier 1 instruction. Valerie has delivered conference sessions, at Mid-Winter Conference, Region 13, Tech2Teach (virtual & in-person), the Thrive Virtual Conference, master class at the 2025 Summer TEPSA Conference, and more. She blends her expertise in leadership, SEL, instructional practices, and authentic school culture with her passion for inspiring and equipping educators at every level.
